Cancellation policy
Symposium Cancellations: Written notification to Housman and Associates for Symposium cancellation must be received by midnight February 24, 2022 for a full refund minus a 4% charge to cover the credit card processor fees we cannot recover when issuing a refund. A 65% refund will be made if written notification of cancellation is received after Midnight February 24, 2022 minus a 4% charge to cover the credit card processor fees we cannot recover when issuing a refund. NO REFUNDS after Midnight March 7, 2022
Substitution for somebody already registered that needs to cancel is encouraged and perfectly acceptable.
Onsite Symposium Registration: If you are not pre-registered either with online registration or email/mail in form: Onsite Registration fees are in effect beginning March 8, 2022 for registrations by mail, email, fax or in person at the Little Rock Marriott. Walk Up Registration is $400 for Members and $450 for non members.
