Cancellations/Substitutions
Requests for cancellations must be received by Housman & Associates in writing prior to January 19, 2009.
All refunds carry a $25 processing fee. Refunds after January 19, 2009 will be for 75% of the original registration plus a flat $25 processing fee.
Substitutions for preregistered participants that cannot attend are encouraged and perfectly acceptable.
Please fax the change(s) in writing, preferably on a registration form, to Housman & Associates at (512) 259-5571. Please indicate who the substitute is and the person for which they are substituting.
